I did Live Sattva, PSM, and a 12 week coaching container with Anh, and it was truly the golden trio to nourish and guide my mind, body, and spirit!

I wanted to do Live Sattva in order to ground and deepen my spiritual practice in ancient wisdom, and really learn how to embody all of the knowledge I was receiving. Through learning Ayurveda in such an accessible and enjoyable way, I was able to integrate understanding and elements of Ayurvedic lifestyle that have been life changing. Especially in combination with the 1:1 coaching, I was really able to create nourishing structures for myself based on this holistic approach to wellness.

The guidance I received from Anh in our 1:1 container was even more life changing! As someone who goes through a looot of emotional rollercoasters, the way that Anh was able to gently guide me through whatever was present for me was incredible. PSM was the cherry on top of it all! Receiving my personal mantra has been game changing for my meditation practice. I had reached a bit of a plateau with it beforehand, where I was just craving for something more. My mantra was the perfect thing! It's been so much easier for me to cultivate awareness and peace throughout my whole days, and I have an even stronger love and appreciation for my meditation practice.
